Responsibilities:Manageidentified&unidentifiedpotentialaccountsintheterritoryanddrivesalesobjectives.PresenttoPurchasingstaff,engineers,andmanagementataccountsofinterestinaprofessionalsettingasthefrontlinerepresentativeofthecompany.Coordinatewithdistributorsintheterritoryforsuccessatnamedaccountsusingchannelpartnersasneeded.Coordinatewithchannelpartnersandleveragetheirresourcesintheterritorytodrivenewcustomer/applicationidentificationandcustomerbaseexpansion.Providecustomersupportasneededrespondingtocustomertechnicalandcommercialquestions.Providemarketfeedbacktothecompanyonthecompetitiveenvironmentandnewproductideasandfeatures.MaintaintheCRMdatabasewithaccuratecustomerandchannelinformationregardingsalesopportunities,designins,designwinsandproductionstatus.Prepareaccurateforecastsofbusinessforuseincapacityplanning,longerrangeresourceplanningandsalesprioritization.Includecompanyresources,engineersandmanagement,inaccountcallsasrequired.Qualifications&Requirements:BA/BSDegreeinatechnicalfield,preferablyinElectricalEngineeringMinimum6yearsrelatedtechnicalsalesorFAEexperienceUnderstandingofcircuitsKnowledgeofsemiconductorindustrialand/orengineeringtermsthatareapplicabletothecompany’sproductReliabletransportationandvaliddriver'slicenseDesiredCharacteristics&Attributes:Engagingpersonalitywithexcellentwritten,verbal,andpresentationcommunicationskillsrequiredInquisitiveandadeepdesiretolearnnewtechnologiesExcellentcustomerserviceskillsrequiredWillingnessandtenaciousabilitytoprospectnewbusinessKeensensitivityofbusinesspotentialfromproductuniquevalue,customerproblems,etc.Self-starterthatcanworkindependentlywithoutproximitysupervisionAbilitytoworkwellwithothersinacollaborativeteamenvironmentfromoffshoreofficeDesiretoworkforafastpacedgrowthorientedcompany
