工作职责
1.Analysisofsmartphonecellular/WCN/NFCwirelessrequirements,mappingoftherequirementstoradiotransceiverandfrontcomponents’architecturaldiagramsandspecifications.2.Researchvariouswirelessprotocolspecificationssuchas3GPP/802.11/Bluetooth,takepartinmodemSOCandradiotransceivercommunicationsystemspecificationdefinition.3.Cooperatewithmarketingandsourcingteamtosetupradiofrontcomponentssourcepool,improveradiosub-systempurchasingabilityandcosteconomywhilekeepingtheradioindexes.4.Supportthechipsethardwarereferencedesignteamandsmartphonecustomerstoimproveradiosystemindexes.
任职要求
1.MicrowaveandElectromagｎｅｔicField/CommunicationMSwith10+years’experiencein4G/5Gsmartphoneradiocircuits’designorradiotransceiver/PA/ASM/FEMchipdevelopment.2.ProficientinradiobasictheorysuchasSparameters,matching,noisefigure,stability,etc.3.Familiarwithvarioussolutionsofterminalradio,andhaveexperienceinoneormoreofthefollowingfields:radiotransceiverarchitecturedesign;radiofilterandPAindexdesign;wirelesstransceiverRX/TXlinkanalysis;radiochipindexanalysis.4.Goodteamspiritandoutstandingwritten/oralcommunication.
